The Brooklane Cottage is a fully equipped 1-bedroom guest house. This is a place inviting you to feel at home. The entire house has been tastefully decorated by the former owner and artist Gina Meredith, providing a unique and inspiring feel.
On warm days you can lounge in the shade of the flower-surrounded front porch, or warm up on cold rainy days next to the gas fireplace.
Those who are drawn to cook and bake will find a full-sized gas range, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, large refrigerator and freezer, abundant space for cutting and whisking, as well as some complementary eggs form our chickens to start you out with.
The bedroom faces east into the backyard, catching the morning sun. It has a queen-sized bed, a small bed in the window sill and a desk with phone and internet access.
The bathroom is spacious and invites long relaxing baths with the double bathtub and a never ending supply of instantaneous hot water. The washer/dryer are also located in the bathroom and are modern, energy
efficient models.
You can entertain a few guests or enjoy a quiet evening in the living/dining room. Cable TV, a stereo and VCR with a small music and movie selection, as well as several board games and books are available to you.
